‘Kundalini Yoga' with Michelle Gabelich

Michelle Gabelich is the founder of Vibrant Heart Wellness, a place to journey together on the path to discovering who you truly are, gathering tools towards a more holistic and easeful life with your own innate purpose. She is a 400 hour accredited Kundalini Yoga Teacher offering classes in this ancient practice which utilises mantra, breath work, intentional movement, meditation and mudra. She has been teaching since 2021 and love introducing people to the practice. “It truly is a Yoga for our times as it deepens our awareness, transforms consciousness and promotes clarity, vitality and balance.” Michelle also works with energy medicine through the modalities of Reiki and Johrei, a Japanese healing modality of spiritual purification. She commenced her studies into Reiki 35 years ago and this led her into many other energy modalities and practices which she incorporates into her sessions. These are beautiful practices with therapeutic effects on body, mind and spirit, unblocking stagnant energy and allowing flow within the system again. Michelle works intuitively and if requested or required will incorporate shamanic sound practices into sessions. These are powerful and transformative. Her other passion is creating Circle and Ceremony at seasonal and lunar significant times. She incorporates many of her learnt and innate skills into these beautiful gatherings. She looks forward and would be honoured to sharing space, time and practices with you if it aligns one day.
