Sal teaches Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mat and Reformer Pilates, Yin Reformer Pilates, Yoga and
Breathwork classes, as well as Yogalates sessions that blend strength, stretch, and stillness
with half an hour of Yin and Breathwork. With over 26 years of experience in teaching Yoga,
Pilates, Meditation, and Breathwork, I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and care to my
classes.
