My classes were rooted in hatha, yin, restorative, and vinyasa yoga techniques. After years of practicing Ashtanga yoga, I also incorporated many Ashtanga postures for beginners, particularly the basic standing sequence of the primary series.
With over 26 years of experience in teaching Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, and Breathwork, I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and care to my classes.
I love guiding people of all ages and abilities, creating a supportive and inclusive space where every session feels uplifting and accessible.
Kaivalya is an earthy lover of all elements of nature, raised in the mountains of Boulder, Colorado and trained as a yoga instructor at Laguna Atítlan in Guatemala in 2015 with deepened wisdom at a peaceful ashram in Mysuru, India in 2019.
